And he decided his quote is, the time has come for policy to adjust.

The direction of travel is clear and the timing and pace of rate cuts will

depend on incoming data, the evolving outlook, and the balance of risks. So there in Jackson

Hole, Wyoming, it's an annual retreat. The Fed does out there and the Chairman of Federal

Reserve clearly saying interest rate cuts are coming. The question is when?
