I have been told reliably that Joe Biden's decision will come this weekend, and Democrats expect him to step down.

He has privately asked Democratic leaders to prepare a plan to minimize chaos for a transition in the ticket.

Kamala Harris is not guaranteed, but is still the most likely nominee.

A Democratic strategist is telling me that he expects Joe Biden by Monday to have plans ready to leave the race,

that Nancy Pelosi's persuasion with Mike Danillon, who is one of Joe Biden's trusted aides to walk him through the polling that others have not showed him left an impression on him.

Joe Biden has asked Democratic leaders to prepare a plan to minimize chaos for the transitioning

of the ticket. And Kamala Harris is not a shoe-in because a lot of the internal

polling shows she would be as weak as Joe Biden. She remains the preference of the Congressional
