Welcome to the third hour of the Eric Erickson show.

I am delighted to have you.

I think, I think, I think this afternoon, I will be done with the book. I think. I hope.

Just have a couple chapters left. I should be able to get it done by six. In any event,

I'm going to do axe grinding this hour. The reason is very simple. I am exhausted. For those of you who have not heard,

here's what's happening. I am getting up at sunrise. I am going to record the audio version of my book, and then I do my show for three hours, and then I go back and I record more until the sun goes down.

And it takes a very long time. As I have explained, Ednauzum, you're wondering Erickson, why can't you do this in the radio studio?

Because someone has to listen and make sure you pronounce all the words

right you don't skip the words you say stuff correctly and then the microphone is so sensitive

you have to record like for example this morning and then yesterday there were several times

where I brushed against my shirt it got picked up in the, or I had saliva on my lips and they could

tell Fs and S's in particular caused that and have to record again. You have to record whole sentences
