Hey, friends. Welcome back to the old fashioned on-purpose podcast. I am so excited for today's

interview. It's been a long time coming. So as you know, I am a huge fan of organic gardening

methods. We've talked a lot about that over the years. We've had on different guests. I've shared

0:15.5

with you some of my techniques, you know, trying to keep the chemicals out of the garden trying to

0:20.8

grow food in a way that's good for me and the plants and the soil. And it works together in just a

0:26.9

beautiful synergy most of the time. But maybe one of the aspects that we don't talk about

0:33.2

gardening podcast. And so Joe, welcome. I cannot wait to hear what you have to share with us today.

to this conversation. Me too. Yeah. So as I was going through your website a little bit and your

1:32.3

podcast, you have so much gardening content. I know you've been doing this forever. I mean, how long

1:37.6

exactly have you been chasing this world of organic gardening? Well, you know, coming out of school,

1:43.4

I really started with it part time because I ended up with a suit job full, you know, a full-time

1:49.1

suit job. And I thought, what am I doing? But it was paying the bills while I was looking for that,

1:54.3

you know, full-time horticultural revenue stream. And that that didn't happen until 2002,

2:00.2

which sounds like a very long time ago because it was, but there was some time before that where I was
