Last week, you heard the first hour of my conversation with the legendary Jim Clemente.

This week, I'm picking up right where we left off.

Jim is leaning towards inexperienced and unsophisticated killers while I'm struggling to see things from his point of view.

In this next hour, we dig even deeper to see if we can get onto the same page.

This is season 12, episode 10, Jim Clemente, part 2.

They screwed up. They were interrupted. The plan was bad and the execution was bad.

I think so. I came to a different conclusion and I certainly default to years.

The difference is the way that we see a lot of it depends on did that wheelbarrow move with her

in it or not. What I see is what could to me indicate someone who was pretty criminally

sophisticated is Vicky's shot point blank execution style. John shot very close inside.

If the intention was and the plan was to kill these two people, burn the house down,

they did it pretty effectively. They eventually threw the X-rays found bullets.

But they did this pretty effectively the way they let the fires.

There's no accelerant by the bodies. If they got interrupted, say in a scenario where

Vicky interrupted them, either pulls in, walks in on it or is upstairs in a room.

They don't know because she was supposed to work that day. Here's gunshots, comes down

stairs and finds them. Either way, she interrupts them. She becomes something that wasn't part of the plan.

Say in a scenario, she's running out of the house and say they shoot her in the path between

the house and the wheelbarrow that she dies right there. But maybe there was a struggle in the house

and they're like, well, we've got, we've left forensics on her, quick throw in the barrel,
