I know you have thoughts as well about the Trump indictment.

But I want to, before we go there, let me do the who, what, where, when, why, and how.

Let me just give you the basics so you understand what we're dealing with, and I will branch out from there. But let's

begin with what's actually happening. We know Donald Trump from his team has been indicted.

It is an indictment under seal. That means that the U.S. attorney, the prosecutor,

special counsel in this case, Jack Smith, has filed an indictment with a federal court that is not

public. I think that was a mistake. They notified the Trump team that he was a target. They then notified the Trump team that he was a target.

They then notified the Trump team he had been indicted.

The president will appear at 3 p.m.

Of course they wait until the moment I get off the radio on Tuesday to do it.
