And those of you up in Connecticut and like, I hope you're doing okay

and all that we finally have gotten it here. I'm looking outside. And it's just very hazy.

And I know it's not nearly as bad as what you guys have been going through up the eastern

seaboard. My goodness, the pictures have been. You know, the pictures of the smoke, if we're honest about it,

they're very beautiful pictures, the eerieness of them,

but it's got to be miserable to be living through it.

So I'm with you in my thoughts, though not with you in the smoke.

So now, I got to begin where we left off yesterday. It appears that President Trump is the

target of this federal investigation. So now, listen, I know some of you're thinking, well,

obviously he's the target of the investigation, except except there's a nuance here you've got to

understand legally and it doesn't get through in the news the jacksmith investigation of the classified

documents they could be looking at trump but also if there's anyone else to blame.

There have been a number of people in press reports that have been suggested as possible people to be indicted other than Donald Trump.

Is there a fall guy? In other words, are people looking for a fall guy? So it is

notable that the notice from the Office of Special Counsel Jack Smith to the president

telling him he is a target of the investigation means they want to indict him. Now, you and I

have known they wanted to indict him. The question was,

did they actually give it a go? It appears they're going to. This is from the New York Times.
