and operators are standing by so I filled it on my flagship station WSP last night

for my buddy Mark Garum who is doing the morning show and those of you who call this

program are aware that my call

screener demands a certain level caliber of call for this program. You can't just call in and get on.

Now, in full disclosure, I've had call screeners in the past. You just let anybody on. And remember the Obama phone thing? When Obama was president, there was the Obama. It turns out it's true. And I know it's true and that calls after like 10 p.m. were free because after 10 p.m. I started out on radio 9 to midnight. And after 10 p.m., everyone who called was drunk. It was the craziest thing.

We had to set some standards.

And my call screener is my call screener is boast early trained and has a high standard

for who gets on the program.

Well, I thought he did.

Last night, the call screener on the local show, like, wasn't lending anybody on. I just thought it was fantastic. He'd put these notes like, nope, not relevant. Nope, not a good caller. Nope, can't understand him. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. It was great. And I got to talk, which is what I like to do. I just, I was impressed. All right. I got to move on. You know, there is a method to the madness, by the way. If you do want to call in and be on the program, don't want to dissuade you or discourage you from calling, but you would be amazed at the number of people who want to call a talk radio show and they want to talk about a topic that isn't relevant to anything under the sun that we're not even talking about.

It's not even in the news.

Just random stuff.

That's what Fridays are for.

Your job is to call us to ask a question and make me look good.

But it's just it's people feel entitled.

Don't feel entitled when you call here, feel humbled.

Now, we got to talk about the economy.
