To get us started, I want to play you some audio. This is from NBC News this morning.

The CDC is out with a disturbing new report today on teenage mental health that finds teen

girls are experiencing record high levels of violence, sadness, and suicide risk.

Fifty-seven percent of U.S. teen girls say they felt persistently sad or hopeless in

2021.

That is double the number for boys.

It's also a nearly 60 percent increase, and the highest level reported for girls over the past decade.
