Today's show I'm really excited about.

I know I say that a lot, but in this case I am.

Listen, since I was a kid, if you would ask me what one superpower I wish I had, it would

have to be flight.

I dream and I fly in my dreams.

And I'm so conscious of it once I begin that I'm in a dream that I do my best to hold

on to those moments in the dream and I try not to wake up.

I try not to let myself become too lucid for fear that it will convolut and change

the dream.

But there's no better feeling than that that moment of flight.

So that has been something that's fascinated me through eternity.

And there's been yogis that have claimed that they could levitate and if you remember
