the real reason is because it's the media talking about the media, but there's a side

angle to it that I actually think is really important and this is about James Bennett James

Bennett is the editor of the Economist magazine but before James Bennett moved to

the economist and and wrote its Lexington column, among other things,

if his name sounds familiar, James Bennett was the editorial page editor of the New York Times

and got fired, forced to resign in the parlance, because he had the audacity in 2020 to publish the op-ed

from Senator Tom Cotton suggesting the president call out the National Guard to quell the riots

after the George Floyd situation.
