We've got to begin with Ukraine funding, and I want to set this up for you.

This is the Speaker of the House, Speaker Johnson, talking about the border situation in Ukraine.

But I don't think it is a radical proposition to say that if we're going to have a national

security supplemental package, it ought to begin with our own national security first.
