the Darkness. I'm your host Dave Schrader. We've got an interesting show to start with.

We are in a weird point in our history. There is a lot of darkness in the world around us.

And I know you tune into these shows to kind of get away from that to escape to let your mind

wander to other places. But sometimes I feel like if we're not forearmed, we're not

forewarned, we're not able to protect ourselves. We're not able to watch for signs of real dangers

in our life. And I've spoken on the show over the years about the demonic realm. Do I believe it

exists? Yes. Do I believe that it's in everybody's home and everybody's dealing with demons? No.

I think sometimes people just make bad decisions and it has nothing to do with the demonic realm.

It just is to do with the fact that we are human and we're fallible. But can we truly stand up to

the demonic realm? With as fractured as we are as people and as self-agricuating and kind of

into our own selves, no matter how good a person you may be, let's face it, many of us are just

focused on our needs at first and getting what we want out of the best of things. And sometimes

that's at the labors and the pains of others. If we do face the demonic realm, are we prepared

to take care of this ourselves? If we just crumble and fall and expect clergy to run in and shake

their wand of magic water at our demons, will they really go away? What does it take? Well,
