around 7 p.m. Eastern time, we will see footage of the police beating Tyree Nichols in Memphis, Tennessee.

We live in a tribal society now, where it is very hard for people to empathize with those not in their tribe.

It is very hard for people to see the other side.

It is even harder for people, even if they see the other side,

to acknowledge validity in arguments the other side makes.

George Floyd was not a good person.

We're all sinners. We all fall short.

George Floyd fell shorter than a lot of people.

Drugs and mental health issues, crime.
