Let me tell you what I know. Mike Johnson is a Republican congressman from Louisiana.

He is a social conservative. He's actually more socially conservative than

fiscally conservative, though he is fiscally conservative. He's not a big spender, but he's got

that Louisiana populace streak in him. He is well liked by his colleagues, and we'll see how this shakes out. He is 51 years old. He's from Shreveport, Louisiana.

He represents the fourth congressional district and has been there since 2017. He's a lawyer by training.

He was in the Louisiana House of Representatives, he hasn't served there long.

Now, this is part of the issue that some see is that he doesn't have a lot of experience.

He doesn't have any leadership experience.

As a result, they think maybe just maybe he's probably a bit a bit too fresh.

He's the vice chairman of the Republican conference.
