But Scalise years ago burned bridges with conservatives in Congress. There is an organization in the United States House of Representatives

called the Republican Study Committee. For Representatives called the Republican Study Committee.

For years, the Republican Study Committee was that organization wherein the conservatives got together to map out legislative strategy.
