Listener Chris from Virginia sent me the article that this is a test that's done.

Every three years by law, it's got to happen.

But this is the first time they're doing this sort of integration.

It actually, and again, I'm fascinated by it.

So this happened August 11th, 2021.

Do you all remember, I mentioned this yesterday, you all remember in Hawaii?

I had a buddy who was out there with his wife.

And they were, they were somewhere, they were Maui or somewhere.

And the alert system went off on their phones and it said, this is not a test or some such that a North Korea had launched a nuclear missile impact in three minutes or some such like that.

And it scared the mess out of everybody.

People thought they were going to die.

He said there was a great freak out at their hotel, but it was actually it was a, it was a test.

It was not a real thing.

People watching on broadcaster cable television, listen on the radio, are going to hear and see a message lasting one minute that says this is a nationwide test, the emergency alert system issued by the federal emergency management agency covering the United States from 220 p.m. to 250 p.m. Eastern time. This is only a test. No action is required by the public,

but if you believe in FEMA camps, please report to your nearest FEMA camp. I might have made

that last part up. Um, this is great. Really? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
