I have to disclose something,

this is really TMI.

When I got started in radio,

you know, Rush Limbaugh helped me get started.

I mean, he pushed me to get into it.

He was a good friend. And one of the pieces of

advice he gave me was never eat before you go on radio. Apparently at one point in his life,

he was in mid-modelog, having eaten before his radio program.

This was when he was still in Sacramento doing local radio and let loose a loud,

an uncontrolled belch and was so mortified, he never ate again before his show.

And I have, for the longest time, like I would eat like breakfast and occasionally have have issues.

But I try not to eat anywhere near around the time that I'm on radio.

However, I got my food sitting right in front of me.

My, my sweet wife just brought me a chicken salad sandwich and a cup of chili.

There's this little place near me called SIDS.

I've been eating at SIDS since I was in college.
