I'm great, Eric. Thanks for having me.

So where are you today?

Today I am actually in New Jersey. doing some fundraising today in my home state. And we'll be spending the day trying to make sure that we raise the money we need to win the

race.

So what are the metrics for the next debate?

I assume you qualified for the next debate. I saw, I think,

Doug Bergam says he's going to make it. But I couldn't figure out what the metrics were for

the second debate. The metrics, I think, in general, are 50,000 donors, individual unique donors,

three percent in either national polls or a combination of national and early state polls.

And those are the two major criteria.

Yes, we have qualified.

We're fine.

And I saw that Doug said he has qualified for that.
