I have had a topic, and it's almost evergreen because it's been going on now for a while.

And I'm glad I just because of all the other stuff that's happened this week,

haven't been able to get to it until now, because there is relevant news. I want to talk about this. You can call in about other things as you want. And if you're on the phone, be patient with me. I will get to you. But literally, I have had on my stack of stuff to talk about all week this topic. And it has finally arrived. I want to begin with this audio.

He was with Tucker Carlson the other day.

And he is encouraging laws and regulations in Florida that would stop the People's Republic

of China from buying land in the state of Florida.

We want no CCP land purchases. And obviously they're not going to do it directly.

They will have shell companies, so we're going to have a system in place to scrutinize this.

But why would we want them buying farmland?

They had very little farmland in the United States even 10 years ago.

Now they have significant holdings, not as much in Florida, but you do have it in other parts of the country.

Why would we want the CCP to own land near a military base or own critical infrastructure?

So we're looking for a flat ban, and so we're going to work with the Florida legislature to get that done.

Tucker, American policymakers for a generation have been empowering the CCP.

They said it would end up working out. China would become a democracy. In fact, this is a very

serious threat to our country. Why would we want them to have even more influence over American

society than they already do? Amen. In Virginia, Glenn Yonkin has

killed the construction of a green energy plant for Ford. Why? This is the Washington Free Beacon.
