I want to move on to the other lawsuit, the one not involving Donald Trump, the one involving

progressives.

Let me begin with this.

There is, I think, both sides more and more viewing the judiciary as well as politicized,

the left doing their best to undermine the Supreme Court, attacking Clarence Thomas with frivolous claims.

You see these cases against Donald Trump.

Both sides think the judiciary operates for the other side.

This case in Montana, you got to be really a cynic when you read about this case.

So a group of children sued Montana.

There is a provision in the Montana law that says essentially Montana can't take into effect

climate change impacts on energy policies in Montana. Then kids sued. Yes, kids sued. I'm going to

explain this to you, claiming that they had standing and that they live in terror of climate change and the state must start considering the impact on the environment and of climate change of their energy policies, including the expansion of drilling for fossil fuels in Montana.

If you want a sense of what a scam this is the judge

decided a five-year-old had standing because of their and I quote feelings like loss

despair and anxiety stemming from the effects of climate change.

I'm not making that up.

You can't quantify the effects of man-made climate change,

but the effects of this unquantifiable damage on the emotions of children

is how they got standing. When the suit was filed, one of the plaintiffs was two years old,
