Sid's comment was that younger workers want freedom for themselves to work their own hours.

They don't necessarily want to be in a workplace.

You know, okay, so there's truth here.

A lot of younger workers want flexibility.

There's a problem, however, in a lot of that flexibility, which is learning basic job skills.

And when you want those flexible hours, the gig economy and the like, you don't necessarily get all of the job skills.

It's self-taught to a degree, and you may miss things.

But employers are finding more and more that they've got to find some way to give them flexibility of people.
