answering some more of your questions. A lot of people want to chime in on the Trump indictment.

I understand. Before I get there, though, let me just review the state of play.

So Alvin Bragg filed an indictment in New York City, and you will note that nobody talks about it.

This is the dumbest indictment, and even Democrats are unhappy with Alvin Bragg about it.

They realize just how poorly formed of a case it is. So Alvin Bragg is charging Donald Trump with violating state law by violating federal campaign finance law,

but the federal government never charged Donald Trump with violating federal campaign finance law,

and you can't legally charge someone in a state level for violating campaign finance laws.

So essentially he's charging Donald Trump with an ancillary state law tied to a campaign finance charge that he can't prove.

It's a very bad case.

And the Democrats know it's a bad case, which is why they don't talk about it.

The second case is the Mar-a-Lago case, and it's the one that could put Trump in jail.

It is a very substantive and serious case.

And it's gotten more substantive and serious with a superseding indictment that claims Donald

Trump tried to get surveillance footage at Marlago deleted after getting a

grand jury subpoena. That's bad. This case stems from a request from the National Archives

to retrieve classified documents from Marlago. Donald Trump sent some documents to the National Archives and said, that's all we got.

The National Archives rode back and said, that is not all you have.

You have more.

And the Trump team said, no, we don't.
