My gosh, obviously, you know what we're going to talk about.

this is important. It's a big deal. It is the indictment against Donald Trump, the third

indictment against Trump. And I want to start with a few points before we get in deep.

I find it very notable in the 45-page indictment.

And as an aside, I don't think it's a coincidence that they made the indictment against

the 45th president 45 pages long, a little bit too clever by half, honestly, if you

ask me and I think suggests some level of partisan messaging in there,

I really don't think it's a coincidence.

But what I find very notable is what is not in the indictment, and this isn't getting a lot of coverage.

So let's step back.

You've got obstruction and several conspiracies.

You don't actually have to

prove the underlying crime occurred to prove the conspiracies to commit the crime. But you do have

to prove Donald Trump's state of mind. You prove Donald Trump's state of mind through circumstantial
