Just real quick, I want to review for you the end of the last week, why I wasn't here.

My flagship station, where I was a local host for a number of years until two years ago,

that station does an annual carathon, which is a whirlwind

fundraiser over 30-some hours raising money for children's health care of Atlanta. They have the

number one research facility for blood disorders in the country for kids and one of the top 10

cancer research facilities in the nation for kids and one of the top 10 cancer research

facilities in the nation for kids. And then they do a lot of other amenities for kids that normal

hospital funds don't pay for. And so there's got to be a fundraiser to cover, for example,

the emotional support folks and the life specialists who help the kids get through cancer. They

have game rooms, things like that.

It's a wonderful, wonderful facility in Atlanta.

It's gotten very, very big Arthur Blank, who owns the Falcons, one of the founders of Home Depot,

is just written a check to build a giant new facility that opens soon.

But I spent two days, eight hours on radio, doing the Carathon fundraiser.

They raised close to $2 million, just over $1.9 million.

Money's still coming in.

It was a wonderful, wonderful time.

It's emotionally exhausting.

It really is, I mean, you're interviewing people who've lost their kids.
