I am impressed with myself. I've got to work on my squat, but I've been working on my deadlifts and my squats. I figure out my age I need to. And it makes my feet feel good. Deadlifting

for some reason, I don't know. My feet are always sore because I got an issue with my foot

and my heel and deadlifting takes away the pain. So nonetheless, you don't care. All right. The
