First, I got to tell you, this is what I was going to tell you in the last segment

until I went on my tirade about banks.

It's not just you.

You are not alone.

Your host had to do his year-end performance review.

That's right.

Required to do it by my corporate robber barons. They make us do these things.

And so during commercial break, that's how long it took during commercial break.

I did my year-in performance. But wait! When I did my year-end performance review, it turns out I had not done my mid-year performance review.

I had no idea how to even get into the system.

I had to figure out how to get in.

Then it told me my password had expired, so I had to put in a new password.

So then I put in a new password. And then I was able to get in and complete the mid-year performance review.

And once that was done, then I could grade myself for the year-end performance review.

I should not be discussing the internal business of radio like this.

But I just, I don't know.

I've always thought it was not a good sign with this one size fits all corporate approach to things like this.

But there you have.
