There's been an indictment filed, and he will plead guilty to a series of charges,

gun case and tax misdemeanors. This just to give it to you straight, President Biden's son,

Hunter Biden, has reached a tentative agreement with federal prosecutors to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax crimes and to admit to the facts of a gun charge under terms that would likely keep him out of jail.

Any proposed plea deal would have to be approved by a federal judge.

Both prosecutors and the defense counsel have requested a court hearing at which Hunter
