Every Monday, our daughter, Ellie, goes to spend the day at what we call camp riggs, which is my

parent's house. She spends a whole day with her grandparents. And yesterday, we got a text,

well, Sunday, I think we got a text that of all the stuff that my parents had planned for her.

And it literally looked like a summer camp.

I think, you know what? I think the thing is, I think they're feeling competitive because we have a yard now.

And when we had the townhouse, we just had like a little space like all we could do really outside

is sit on the steps, you know? That's all Ellie could do. Walk up and down the side, walk a little

bit. Now we have like a yard and she can walk around and she can find sticks and rocks and

little roly-poly bugs and all of that fun stuff. And I think your parents are thinking, oh, no,

what is she going to look forward to over here? But up until this week, it was grass. We had

grass. They didn't. So now they're upgrading all of their yard accessories.

When you dropped her off yesterday, what was in the like schmorgas board of Ellie stuff?

Because I didn't go. You got to drop her off. They had sports balls, a variety of them.

So like a soccer ball, I think a football, I think a kickball.

And they had a water, like a whole water set up. So she had water shoes. Then they had this pool

that it wasn't set up. But I think it's like a, you hook the hose up to it. And it shoots water

in the air. So it's like a tiny splash pad or something.

Splash pad. They had that. I saw buckets and all of the water stuff. And then as I was leaving,

your mom was breaking out the stickers, which I think is a very brave move to give stickers to a

Ellie. This needs to be in the books that they go from moving at standard speed to turbo speed

overnight. Yes. Because now, like you'll turn around and you know, put a dish in the sink,

you'll turn back around and she's in the car driving herself to Crogor.
