This will go on until they have one. Under the rules of the House representatives, let me explain this one to you.

So the old Congress expired.

Nancy Pelosi gaveled it out.

They now hand it over essentially to the parliamentarian who starts it for the members. These are the ongoing rules.

So you pass it off to the parliamentarian who presides over the vote because the members cannot be sworn in until there is a speaker.

There can be no votes until they decide on the leader.

And under the rules of the House representatives, they have to continue the vote until their speaker.

I got to tell you, there's something alluring to me to just keep this going.

I mean, let's do two years of just daily votes on speaker and not get any business done.
