Summary

After an invigorating run before recording today’s pod, Joe’s in a really upbeat mood and loving his life at the moment. It’s a sentiment that David is really pleased to hear as he’s needing a bit of a pick-up. So they both decide to have a really positive conversation for the whole of today’s show. But it’s not as easy as it sounds as those negative thoughts start creeping back in quite quickly - and they keep on having to remind themselves to ‘keep it joyful!
