controlling now obviously as you guys know this can go vice versa across the genders you can have a

controlling male partner you can have a controlling female partner but you know

this is the many man soed man soed not woman soed, okay?

So we're gonna talk about it from a man's perspective.

And I do think there's definitely a gender specific role

and energy that comes to the surface with a female who is controlling and a man who is

you know, maybe not

keen on having a controlling partner and so we'll look at it from that lens today.

Again I think of all the episodes I've done I've actually waited a long time to do this one because I have a lot of personal experience with it and I have a lot of guy friends who have experienced this and so there's a lot of good examples that we're going to talk about today

symptoms of control what it looks like surfacing and dating and relationships.
