Had a spur of the moment, literally 15 minutes before the show's situation come up and we had to go to Best Stuff tape.

But I'm here today and the news is final. Elon Musk has bought Twitter and there is a glorious meltdown over the whole situation.

Arad Melbert on MSNBC, listen to this.

He says this might happen.

This might happen if Musk takes over.

You own all of Twitter or Facebook or what have you.

You don't have to explain yourself.

You don't even have to be transparent.

You could secretly ban one party's candidate or all of its candidates, all of its nominees,

or you could just secretly turn down the reach of their stuff and turn up the reach of something else,

and the rest of us might not even find out about it until after the election.

Elon Musk says this is all to help people because he is just a free speech,

philosophically clear, open-minded helper.

The current Twitter management has banned Donald Trump.

The current Twitter management is alleged to have what's called shadow banned people.

I actually think most of the people who think their shadow banned are actually just

bad at Twitter. They suck. Their tweets don't get traction and they say, oh, I must be shadow

banned. I didn't get enough likes. Actually, your tweet sucked. There are instances though where it has

happened and Twitter has admitted they have done this. They've essentially turned down people's reach,

their ability to see.

A lot of conservatives are just convinced they've been shadow ban.
