Hello, ho, ho! Here's an important message from Network Rail for anyone who's travelling by train this Christmas and New Year.

We'll be working over the festive period to make improvements to the railway. Most of the network remains open, but some train services will be affected from Sunday the 25th of December until Monday the 2nd of January.

Total fan girl moment for me yesterday, I got a response from somebody on Instagram that made my heart leap.

Somebody I had been direct messaging, they don't follow me. So it's kind of like a crapshoot on whether or not they're going to respond.

And they responded and I felt joy. I felt a lation. I felt happiness. Okay. I fan girled. Who is it?

I want to be, I almost don't want to say because if you don't know who it is, it's going to make me sad. Okay.

Do you know Elise Myers? No. Oh my god. Who is Elise Myers? You don't follow Elise Myers on the grams? No.

Did she like have a cute dog or something? No. She's Elise. I've talked about her before. Okay.

I've talked about her on the show before. She's got the advice. She has a couple like life mantras that I love.

One is I don't receive that. I do not receive that. Love that. I remember I talked about it on the show before.

Somebody insulted her or something kind of backhanded complimented whatever. She's like, yeah, I do not receive that. I don't need to take your negative energy. That's one.

And the other one is go find less. Somebody once said, hey, you're too much. And she's like, okay, go find less.

You need to she's just she is so talented and genuine and she's just she's a great soul.

You don't have to lose any weight before your next big event on your calendar. You can just go as you are right now.

And if you've been waiting to go shopping because you wanted to be five pounds lighter before you fit into a new cool outfit,

you don't have to do that either. Just go shopping right now. You're going to look great and you're going to have the best time.

That's a great question. Let me tell you. And then she goes into this very awkward beautifully awkward story about how she messed up something as simple as a phone call.
