I think I'm done with rugby, Generally I feel so awful after Friday night's

escapades. A Friday night was just the vets as well. Well you say only vets right but I do quite a lot of

sprinting. Yes you did. I do a lot of sprinting. I did a

100 minutes of 10's rugby which is no mean feat. Yep that is very true. Oh God I'm

actually the worst the teams get the more sprinting you do.
