One of the crazy, frustrating things about the radio industry these days is how many people just say,

well, this person's got a podcast. Let's put them on radio. And it doesn't always translate. And you

need people in radio who

actually want to be radio show hosts as opposed to people just want to do it for for

other stuff being on radio and investing in radio people is is a good thing now in any
