Herschel Walker, football fame, is running in Georgia against Raphael Warnock.

There's a new outside group that has stepped up to take on Warnock,

who the national media is coming to his aid, and not only the national media,

but Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are

headed to Georgia to participate in the mythology of voter suppression by Republicans and denounce

Republicans and try to make a case for passing HR1 in the Congress that horrible piece of

legislation that the Democrats want to pass,

but they got to get rid of the filibuster to pass.

And, you know, I got hate mail from someone who misheard me earlier on the radio.

I was talking about the Electoral College Reform Act.

There is a piece of legislation is about three pages long, and it clarifies the Electoral College Act that

was written in the 1800s. A lot of the legal arguments by Trump's team to overturn the election

in 2020 were based on really a misreading of the Electoral College Act. And so this bipartisan

group has put this forward and it clarifies those issues of misunderstanding.

And there are votes in the Senate to pass it without having to get rid of the filbuster.

Ten Republicans support it.

But Chuck Schumer won't pass the legislation.

He won't even bring it up for a vote.

He won't even bring it to the floor.

Why?

Because he wants to pass H.R.1 and the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, both of which are terrible pieces of legislation and they're partisan.
