Hello and welcome.

It is Eric Erickson here, the Eric Erickson show across the nation.

I'm glad you are with me.

If you're just tuning in, and it sounds a little off, I will tell you,

my whole family, we all got sick.

The kids got it first and then I got it.

Now my wife is getting it and we're all mostly over it.

I was trying to get a steroid pack from my doctor, but they want me to

make an appointment to come in and see them before they do. And I just, I'm going to suck it up

because I don't have enough time to go to a doctor's appointment. But nonetheless, so I've got this

congestion and sinus pressure, but I'm not sick anymore, contagious in that sense. It's just,

you know how when you, when you get over a cold, you cough more after you're better than

during the process of it.

And it's one of those things, not COVID.

Everybody got tested.

All of us were negative.

I was kind of afraid that's what it was.

But it's just rhinovirus has been spreading around and it's turned into a sinus infection with my kids and me.

And now my poor wife is in bed and, you know, giving her lung cancer when she gets something like this,

it wipes her out more than the rest of us.

So I've got to go be on gate duty at my daughter's volleyball game tonight for people coming into the game.
