I just, I can't wait until a small segment to waste your time with this.

I got a pork belly from a place called Porter Road up in Nashville.

And I smoked it this weekend. I've never smoked a pork belly before. Put it on the wreck deck.

Made pork belly burn in. Y''all i may have just discovered my new

favorite food it's like bacon but something else i put that bad boy on the smoker for like

two and a half hours cubed and then i rubbed it in brown sugar and butter and put it back on for an

hour i think this will be the recipe this week if If you want to text the word recipe, singular, not plural, recipe to 33777.

I think at some point this week, smoke pork belly for those of you have a smoker, my gosh, was it delicious?

I had like multiple pounds of pork belly and I made it for the guys coming over last night on the front portion.

There was not a literally not a piece left of it.

It was incredible.

Okay, now that I've got that off my chest and it will no longer distract me because they ate it all.

I assumed they would eat the other stuff.
