| 1:47.5 | statistically there are reasons for black Americans to be concerned with |
| 1:55.6 | encounters with law enforcement and some people really hate it when you say that |
| 1:59.3 | now the problem here is that a lot of people over exaggerate it. There are reasons to be concerned, but not as many reasons as some say. It's much more nuanced, but the data is there for all to see and you don't need to spend a whole lot of time talking to your black friends to understand that they have concerns you or I may not have. I have seen it with my own eyes, and I do understand it's a concern. |
