I, my friends,

what to delve into wokeism.

I continue to think one of the underappreciated aspects of wokeism and being woke is that it literally is a word woke that originated in black communities as a word to be aware or wake up to racial injustice

and disparate treatment between how white people and black people are treated by police, among other things.

And it has been appropriated by a bunch of progressive white people who are all now very woke.

And wokeism means whatever they want it to mean.

And they want it to meet a bunch of trash things that frankly do some disrespect.

And under the gate i i got to say

this some of you won't like it it's very weird how i know that i'm going to get hate mail

when i say something and it's going to be from the same usual suspects they all fit a very

very specific demographic and they just don't like the truth and the truth is actually that

statistically there are reasons for black Americans to be concerned with

encounters with law enforcement and some people really hate it when you say that

now the problem here is that a lot of people over exaggerate it. There are reasons to be concerned, but not as many reasons as some say. It's much more nuanced, but the data is there for all to see and you don't need to spend a whole lot of time talking to your black friends to understand that they have concerns you or I may not have. I have seen it with my own eyes, and I do understand it's a concern.

At the same time, it is by activists grossly overstated.
