Let me review again.

When you hear people talk about ESG criteria for investing, what they are talking about is

environmental, social, and governance criteria.

The environmental criteria is major fund managers in the country want

companies to stop investing in fossil fuels social criteria they want these

companies to be in to make sure they have a diverse woke workforce and that they give a percentage of their

funding designated and nonprofit causes to progressive activist causes on the left like Black Lives

Matters. The governance criteria, they want to make sure that their boards are full of diverse

people and that they have a diversity officer in the C-suite where you have the CEO, the CFO, the C-O, you need a C-D-O, chief diversity officer to make sure the wokes have a steady stream of hiring and that their ad revenue and their marketing goes towards politically left-wing-leaning causes.
