I've listened to you all the time, but you said something about health care in the last hour that

triggered me, and I've never called in before. Well, I apologize, but you know, I genuinely am curious.

I had to fill out all this stuff online, but then I had to fill out the same paperwork, like, on paper, and, like, why do I have to do that?

It's terrible. It's terrible.

First of all, all the electronic systems don't communicate with each other.

Second, just because it's on electronic system somewhere,

it doesn't mean it's going to download into the individual doctor's record in their office.

I've been doing this for 35 years, grew up in this era, so I know what happens.

And, you know, it's a, yeah, it's cumbersome.

It's really bad.

Oh, yeah, I just say, and I feel for you guys, too.

Yeah, because we've got to get everything straight, because honestly, if one die, I is not

dotted or T cross, then the claim doesn't go through.
