So one theme that we've covered quite a bit over the last few years is this idea of pushing

outside of our conventional societal systems and just kind of thinking outside of the box.

And one thing I know about living that sort of lifestyle is that sometimes it can feel

a little bit lonely or you can feel like you're the only one out there doing these crazy

things that the society doesn't understand.

And so I know when I find someone who is thinking along those same lines, it's really exciting.

It feels really good.

And I know you guys feel the same way.

And so that is what brought me across our guest today.

You know, I was surfing along Instagram the last few months and I kept seeing these posts

by this guy and I thought, man, he's really nailing it.

I love his message and they kept coming up and coming up and I finally started following

him.

And then I decided to ask him to join us today.

So I am thrilled to have Matt Bauder.

I should have asked you how to pronounce your last name before we hit record.
