We took our little break.

Now we're back with a brand new fresh season and like I explained.

On our last episode of the previous season, I don't have a big fancy theme for this one.

Believe it or not, I have some ideas that some really good guests and some really juicy topics.

But they don't fit into a pretty little package and I decided to not force them into a nice little package.

So we are going as the spirit leads and I think it's going to be good.

But for our very first episode, I thought we would do something.

I haven't done in a while.

We're going to do a little ask me anything Q&A.

So I went over to Instagram and gathered a whole bunch of questions from you guys.

I saved a few of the really juicy ones for a dedicated episode.

But I have a whole bunch of really awesome other ones.

And so we're going to just work through these today. And I think it'll be fun.

So I often do a little bit of a personal update at the beginning and end of each season.
