Hello, I'm doing great. How are you doing?

I'm doing well. I'm really happy that you're here for this. The way that Caitlin and I pick this is how we usually pick all the movies where I sent you a selection of about, I don't know, like six or something based off of, you gave me the prompt forbidden love or forbidden romance.

Yes, yeah. And this is the one that you went with so and what a one to go with. This is a 2010 classic, The Perfect Teacher. I was wondering when this was filmed, because it had sort of a, two, it had two feelings about it.

It felt like it was the first movies

that they made once COVID was a little less tricky on sets.

It felt like kind of new. But then on the other hand, it did feel like it might be older. There was a little bit more budget there. There was a little bit more diversity of the plot.

What did you think?

I thought, I don't watch a ton of lifetime movies.

This was insane to me and I listened to just like a couple episodes of the podcast so this wasn't like I wasn't not expecting

everything in this movie to happen but uh

definitely went in wild directions. Oh no for sure and there are a couple things that we see on the regular in these types of movies.

Like some of them are like my pet peeve.

There's one that's like my pet peeve thing, but I also really find it satisfying, so I'll tell you what that is when we get to it.

But basically, this is about a girl who is determined to be with her teacher and goes to a great length to try and be in his life.
