Yes so like I mean Robert Townsend must be beyond hooked up because this is

Is so star-studded to say that like first of all I'm surprised so this was a 1999 movie which I think

lifetime was a little in their bag at that time but they really really did something here.

Like I sense that they must have had

setups or people at networks or something

because some of these clips look like they were really done on the fly,

like, hey, while you do your on BC news video at the very tail end of it, can you just say some comments about this fictional character Jackie Washington?

And yeah, we've got names in this like Tom Arnold, the Ruta Divine, Whoopi Goldberg,

Dolly Parton, David Hyde Pierce, Liza Manelli, Chris Rock, Bruce Valanch, Cameron Mannheim plays this sort of important role. Kathy Griffin, of course, culture clash, which was a surprise and that's what made me feel like,

okay, this is like, they're at the VH1 Award,

and they're like, would you be willing, Melissa Etheridge or Culture Clash,

to like say a quick little thing about this

Yeah, but with that in mind, yeah, with that in mind the things that they got

them to say are so funny and it feels like you know how sometimes you see you know people who are doing that quick type of thing you can tell that it's like rushed and sometimes it's just not funny but somehow through the magic of Robert Townsend, he got, you know, these great moments with Dolly Parton talking about this fictional character. She probably doesn't know half of what this thing is about. Yeah, like consistently blew me away and continues the trend that 1999 was one of the greatest years in cinema history.

I mean, it must be. Now, I don't really know much about Robert Townsend but I have to imagine he's gay.
