Now you find me cleaning my blinds as I wait for my next guest.

It's the journalist, the broadcaster, the grand dam of media.

It's Mariela Frostrop.

And then the next minute, you're the person logging the comings and

goings of the flat share at number nine because they're playing their orbital CD a little loudly.

I am totally at ease with this shift. Embrace it. Now, Mariella Frostrup is someone who I know

has also embraced her midlife status with grand aplomb.
