I was sweating so much everything was just sticky and I made a mistaken call to go

for a run about 4 p.m. yesterday and it was horrible to not work out in the summer

getting us into your six a.m. workout routine is a GM is I can work on it in the

seat oh it's the best time to workout without doubt yeah it's the only time in

the day that is it's okay yeah ten degrees twelve degrees for our American

listeners who we have many or people from far-of-long parts Australia and

whatever who are I think in it's England 24 degrees and you're going mad
