0:14.0	Judge McAfee never ruled on that, so it was an open question, but really we've lost more than two months to this removal fight.

1:14.3	appealed by the losing party to the Georgia Supreme Court. It's another big moment
1:18.9	one of many big moments in this case so we're waiting. In the meantime Judge McAfee
1:24.7	continues to issue orders and consider pending motions. We've got to say that at
1:29.4	some point we sure would like to return to some sense of normalcy,
1:33.0	although so far this case has produced one surprise after another.
