J.P. Morgan says the November employment report was particularly noisy, but through the noise,

the signals appear to be that labor demand

remains strong and that slack in the labor market is rapidly diminishing.

They see it as somewhat of an upsides.

If you're just tuning in and you haven't heard, the U.S. economy created far fewer jobs

than expected in November, assigned the hiring starting,

started to slow even ahead of the Amacron threat, according to the Labor Department.

Non-farm payrolls increased by just 210,000 for the month.

The unemployment rate fell sharply to 4.2 from 4.6 percent, even though the

labor force participation rate increased for the month to 61.8 percent, its highest level since
